The Diia app regularly gets new services. We gather in one place what has appeared or been announced recently, based on reports from Ukrainian outlets and the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
The European accident report in the app
Diia’s press service announced the ability to file a European accident report after a collision. The driver’s, car’s and insurance data are pulled in from the register of the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau. You can use it if two cars were involved in the accident, nobody was killed or injured, and there are compulsory third-party motor insurance (OSCPV) policies. Look for the feature under “Services” — “For drivers” or via the vehicle registration certificate.
The launch status is described differently in different sources: check whether the feature is available in your version of the app.
Dismissal from work in temporarily occupied territories
From 9 October 2026, a service for dismissing an employee through Diia started working. It is provided for by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 410 of 1 April 2026. The path in the app: “Services” — “Obrii.Robota” — “Dismissal from work in the TOT”.
AI assistant
The Ministry of Digital Transformation has launched an agent based on artificial intelligence in Diia. It helps pick a service from a chat request. For now it can, among other things, help pay traffic fines and obtain an extract about residence.
What is announced by the end of the year
Among the planned services were online divorce, an electronic queue at the border and a digital wallet. Exact dates may change.
Tip
Keep the app updated: new services appear in the latest versions. Use only the official app from Google Play or the App Store and never share codes from text messages with anyone.
